So you rate him as highly as Elanga? If we were interested in buying him from Spurs, you'd be getting quoted closer to double that.60m and I'd sell personally.
There is definitely potential there but 2 goals in 44 games isn't good enough.

If Savinho could shoot, he’d be amazing. He hasn’t shown signs of improving on that front.

I've just seen someone on twitter suggest Romano is saying this could reach 70m (I guess with add ons).He’s better than Gittens who went for £55m. Better than Madueke for me. I’d be looking at £70m.

But he was one of our best players for a decent stretch last season when he was playing on the LW. I did think he had much more to give. They’re not consistent enough. There’s obvious talent there, but without consistency, we aren’t winning stuff.
I think Savinho could be a star. Do we have the patience to nurture it?

I do think he deserves another year but you could also argue we need a consistent winger that provides a goal threat. Did notice that he was left out the squad when we have everyone available last season with Reis, Khus and others.Gotta be honest I’ve been disappointed by his City career so far.
He’s seems to get an easier ride than Doku but doesn’t look half the threat Doku does at times.
Maybe it’s because I had high expectations considering he supposedly ripped it up in Spain.
However as others have said I’m surprised we’re letting another youngster go while we look like hanging on to the oap’s.

I don’t think we can actually move these players on that’s the thing. Although Pep seemed to think players would be moving on shortly. It’s a very strange move for Savinho though — you’d have thought he’d rather have tried to fight for his place here above all else.It’s a baffling decision. If there are players who should be first out the door, it’s Gundogan and Akanji - not Savinho. Pep seems reluctant to admit that Gundo and Akanji have become surplus to the requirements at this football club. Sentimentality and sympathy will get us nowhere, and hasn't post treble. Handing Bernardo the captain’s armband while entertaining the idea of selling Savinho feels like a step backwards, not forwards. I hope we replace Savinho with Rodrygo, or can use Savinho sale to bring a top quality right back in.
Going in with Bobb and Doku as our wingers considering their injury records is crazy.
