This doesn't make any sense. We were told last night that City don't want to sell, but Spurs were offering a price we couldn't refuse. Yet this morning, the fee is apparently less than Arsenal paid for Madueke.
Fair point - Madueke, in his second full season at Chelsea got 1 more league G/A than Savinho, while playing more games. He's 2 years older as well.
