Think we challenge for the title with or without Savinho we have a lot of options out on the right and with or without Spence and Gray, I wouldn't mind Gray though think he could become a very good right back for us.

I still think Bernie best place on the team would be in a double pivot with Rodri or playing just ahead of Rodri. Bernardo is unbelievable at breaking lines with passes or travelling with the ball when pick the ball up deep off Ederson or Dias or whoever, he is also incredible at reading the game breaking up play whether it's being a snidey **** taking one for the team or intercepting the ball.

Right wing is surely a thing of the past!

It is no coincidence that Spurs have three young RBs - Frank has been in Pep's ear for sure.

I tend to look at Savinho and Doku as a pair. Both talented, great on a good day, but lacking composure and a consistent final ball. If we are really going to challenge I don’t think you can have two players with that profile, and of the two Doku in my view has the higher potential. If the money is right, being minimum £50m, let him go.

Rodrygo never once got the numbers in many years that Savinho did in one in La Liga.

He’s not replacing anyone in our side though and I am tired of us buying squad players. You don’t maintain the levels we have set, when you consistently fail to improve the starting XI when you make signings. We used to target the best, now we target “he can do a job”, or “he’s got so much potential”. It’s happening far too often and IMO a big reason why we don’t look anything like the same team of a few years ago.
