It's Quiet the £250m return

I don’t for one minute think City expected to end the window with all 3 of Bernie, Gundo and Kova still at the club. Safe to say Bernie going nowhere, so it still wouldn’t surprise me if one of the other 2 left before it slams shut. Kova is back training, and even if not fully fit it wouldn’t stop a loan or sale taking place, it was only minor surgery rather than a huge injury. That said, I still think it’ll be Gundo who will leave.
If as reported City had no intention to sell Savinho before the Spurs approach, then there must have been a plan to sell one of kova or gundo.

Not Kova, as we have rejected an approach from the Saudi league. Gundo or Akanji, surely.

£95m for Savinho and McAtee would be excellent business from Viana.
La liga TOTY player at 20, ballon dor young player 4th place, our top assister, Brazil international and homegrown England U21 captain for less than Elanga and Madueke seems pretty low to me.

Unless we've got some very friendly buy back clauses.

If we had absolutely no intention of selling that player we probably shouldn't, I'd imagine.

Akanji on a free, subsidised wages who says no? Tell him we're very grateful, we love him, but he's literally 6th choice in a position we only play 2 of.

[Haluk Yürekli] Galatasaray has shelved the Ederson transfer due to Manchester City's €20 million transfer fee demand and their refusal to negotiate a lower price. Ederson is no longer a priority for Galatasaray.
Remember when philosophical fuds here were happy with 5m for him.

There is no chance Gundogan is leaving. If any discussion has been had, it’s been done weeks ago.

City aren’t going to disrespect a club legend and tell him a week before the season he needs to fuck off
I still think he will. But not in the way you describe.

I get what you sre saying, I see the sense in that. It is just a feeling I have, nothing more.

If he stays, he stays. Club legend, will still celebrate every contribution big or small.

Very unlikely, probably no chance.
Its actually about 50/50 according to recent reports. A little lean towards him being with us by September 3rd in fact. We were 50/1 implied odds a few days back, but as of this morning its 4/5 at Bet365. The same bookie that nailed most of the signings recently. Obviously something in the works. They're always ahead of the public.
I like Football Manager too!
Always thought I'd like that game but never got into it.

EDIT - right on cue u wankers
