Savinho | City reject Spurs approach

I've said it already but what is his agent playing at . Such bad advice . He can't really stay now . His rep is ruined wanting out (for spurs)

Exactly Would 70% of bluemooners have wanted rid of him before all this nonsense broke - no chance - poorly advised and represented !

I think they would. He's not massively popular as far as I can tell, not that I've done extensive research...

Never said he wanted out, don’t know why his agent said anything, but no issue if he ends up staying.

I'd rather Bobb be given his minutes, truth be told.
I am a massive Bobb fan and I am not suggesting Savinho doesn’t frustrate us all but there are 70 % of respondents in the poll who would sell him and I don’t believe that it would have been that high if we had just randomly have done a snap poll without the Spurs interest so I think stating he was open to the move is ill judged.

Isn't this exactly what happened with Ederson and Bernardo though and they both happily stayed when the other clubs pulled out?
Yes.
If Savinho goes, it’s because we want to move him on, either to free up space or because we sense we can land a superior replacement.

Would sell him at the right price, doesn’t mean they have any issue with him or would be that bothered if he stayed. I’m fairly ambivalent about it if he goes for a big fee okay if he stays lets see how he develops. Wouldn’t sell for less than around £60 mill plus though.

I thought he started well but faded. Maybe it’s 1 year too early to sell but if Rodrygo is available - I think we should take the chance

It's quite worrying it could be about landing Rodrygo, which would be fine, mildly disappointing to give up on Sav so early, or just keeping all of Akanji, Gundogan, Kovacic - who are all still great players but with the buys of NHG gonzalez and khusanov you'd think a little redundant.

I think you’re right we should now sell him at the right price but he or his agent should have factored in that trying to get the right price out of Levy is nigh on impossible!

You are being very naive . No club bids for a player unless they know he wants to move.
There a world of difference between looking for a move and trying to force one and being open to a move if a fee is agreed not everything is black and white. There have been cases when clubs agree a fee and a players decides not to make a move. Only over emotional fans get too wound up in these things, usually on the internet it really isn’t a big deal.
