PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

But they had a choice not to charge United and other clubs who have failed UEFA PSR (despite it being a rule that they need to open an investigation), they had a choice not to charge Liverpool for hacking our computer systems, they had a choice not to throw the book at Chelsea for illegal payments and they seem to have made a choice to ignore their own legal advice in respect of the APT rules. The PL and the BBC are full of shit.

If they applied their rules consistently they should be going back through Liverpool, Arsenal, Everton and Brighton’s accounts to see what sporting advantage they got from those now deemed illegal director loans and how it enabled them to pass psr in most cases apart from Everton’s. They won’t because of the fallout it will cause for the Premier League itself, this is where I genuinely believe City have them checkmate. Which leaves them little choice but to concede in the 115 hearing.

It's gone to far for the pl to concede. It's clear this is 100% a whitch hunt and should be thrown out

The loans weren’t illegal, the rules allowing the notional interest on them to be exempt from PSR were. There’s no point in re-examining their accounts as they weren’t breaking any rules (in this instance anyway), it was the rules themselves that were at fault.

Were the PL pushed into a corner by the redshirts?
“If you don’t charge them, we will join the superleague.”

Suspect that this was an existential threat presented to the PL. We've de-railed the financial gravy-train promised to 4 or 5 Clubs when the PL was established and those "chosen" Clubs will do anything to get that gravy-train back on track.

Monumental and avoidable fuck-up by the PL but they needn't look for any sympathy nor understanding from us as they clearly sold their soul to Sky and chose to enter a murky world of corporate greed over fairness and sporting integrity.

As my man Paul Weller once said - "you made your bed, you'd better lie in it"

But does the public want what the public gets?

Why didn't the interviewer ask Masters outright did He know the verdict.?
The official line is that we are waiting for a verdict and I'm struggling to believe it isn't true. Conspiracy theories of why we are waiting have come and gone, waiting for the end of the season, waiting for the WCC to start and then waiting for it to finish, waiting for the team to be back in the UK etc. etc. etc. Whatever the truth of it do you think if someone asked him directly he would say "well since you ask...."

I want to see him put into stocks and bummed by a bull elephant on the centre circle at the Etihad when this is all over.

How sickening was it seeing him sat there around Albert Dock in Liverpool with the Prem Trophy with red ribbons on. Talk about being up Liverpool's arse FFS. He wouldn't even hand out the trophy to City
Can you imagine the reception he would have received from us fans in the ground. The boos would have deafening. Not a good look on the national stage, let alone aon the internation stage watch millions of people all over the world. I wish he had turned up just so we could boo the fucker!!
