The only surveillance flights they have conducted were to aid finding hostages and the reason for that is several of the hostages were British nationals. Israel does not need RAF surveillance support to do whatever else they're doing.

The final British national hostage Emily Damari was released in January and the Hamas operative who held her was killed in an IDF strike 2 months ago. If the RAF helped with that and nothing else then I don't see the issue.

Well, we (the UK) could at least start by helping the families find justice for our own civilians that israelis have murdered:
