It's Quiet the £250m return

Yep - hes apparently "injured" so not playing tomorrow.

In reality both players are about to be sold so no point risking injury with them, or even playing them when their minds are clearly already out of the door
Not so sure Savinho ,only if spurs pay the £67mill, they may not.But they won't be risked if there a chance.

The fact that he apparently wants to go will have sealed his fate with Pep. I'd have gladly taken £50m for him Myself so anything above that is a bonus.

I'm not sure that is what was said.

The question was 'are Savinho and Ederson travelling tomorrow?'
Pep said Savinho was injured from Palermo and is out for a few weeks. The follow up was 'and Ederson is?' to which Pep said apparently yeah.

That to me is Ederson is travelling tomorrow. He will sit on the bench so wont be involved anyway.

Bingo!! That's exactly what he said

Well we seem determined not to take less than the asking price, so if he'd burned any bridges we'd be negotiating. Will Spurs pay up maybe maybe not then he stays.I don't mind either waywhether we end up with Savinho or Rodrygo.

Why would we sell our best right back. I am thinking Akanji or Gundogan
Because he's been linked there the past two seasons and if we are actually buying players like Rodrygo and Donnarumma - albeit to replace players - I still wouldn't put it past us to throw money at a RB and ship him off to Saudi.

That said im happy if we went into the season with him being our 1st choice RB.

In terms of Scandinavian midfielders he is more of a Kim Källstrom type of talent rather than Ødegaard. Will have a good career though
Is he ,have you watched a lot of him, those who have that I have read seem to think much more chance he’s Odegaard level than not.

I can’t see Nunes going unless we have a RB lined up. It would be absolute madness to go into the season with Akanji and Lewis as our only two right backs.

Guardiola’s stressing of 6 centre backs was also interesting. Be worth keeping an eye on who is omitted from the squad when others are fit and who doesn’t make it off the bench in the three games.
