It's Quiet the £250m return

Forget Rodrygo. Not needed. Id also forget the donnarumma deal and up our bid for Livramento offer 85 with add ons to 90. Plays both sides would complete our team

He is not worth that amount; however, I do believe that RB is our Achilles heel. We need to sign a good RB to compete with our rivals. At the moment, our defence is not better than Liverpool's and Arsenal's

Our squad is so deep, maybe even too deep. Pep doesn’t like it, and players who aren’t getting enough minutes don’t like it either. It’s a recipe for an unhealthy locker room.
I’m putting two and two together, and it looks like City is trying to show the way out to Akanji and Gündoğan.

We’ve got six center-backs,way too many.
Gündoğan can’t play as a 6, and in the 8 or 10 roles we already have Reijnders, Foden, Bernardo, Cherki, and even Marmoush can play there, maybe even Kovačić.

If Ederson leaves, Donnarumma will come in.
Savinho is on his way out, and a winger will come in though we’re not exactly short on options there either.

But the real weak spot remains at right back.
If Lewis ia leaving and we sign the right one and hit the mark, this squad is on par with the treble-winning team-10/10 window for Hugo Viana.

Interesting that gundo and akanji never got on the pitch today
That was the “Pep message” when he said some people have to accept they aren’t getting minutes. Pep has commented again after the game saying some difficult chats need to be had and getting agents to get players out of the club. Ake didn’t get on pitch either so the 3 who didn’t are definitely options for leaving.

Trafford was spot on today with what he had to do, if Donarumma was to sign what sort of message would that send to him. Donarumma would then become number one. Trafford, Ortega, Bettinelli would be just fine
I agree , Trafford looks the business, the only issue I can see is that today it was wolves, he's still untested against the top sides in high pressure games, so its a big gamble going with just him and no proven top class keeper, tough decision for pep
