A great first half. Defence is so much more solid than last season. Lewis has made me rethink some of my words. Trafford has done everything right (If he keeps this up there’s no need for Donnarumma). Stones great. Great to have a natural left back in Ait-Nouri. Overall backline is very coordinated (thanks to the new backroom team). Reijnders is a Rolls-Royce. He got caught once, and I think it clicked that he’s up a level now in the PL. Bobb wasn’t too sharp but he got better in the last 15. Erling doing what he does best again. A great display. I’d like to see Marmoush for Doku maybe.

He has a role in the team as long as Stones stays fit. Stones is the only centre half capable of covering the space that allows Rico to run free.
