Are we bringing in a RB to replace rico if he goes? Not just him mate, his wife also arranging goodbyes.
He will be gone, as will Rico and Savinho.
About £110m in total.

He did, against Madrid and the rags iirc.Gutted if he’s gone
Would’ve loved to see him take a pen for us..
Cool, whats the relevance?
Real Madrid wanted to sign him to improve their chances at winning ten fold what they paid in the CWC. Is what it is, they can afford to take that risk. The relevance is, the leverage?
But then you regularly undervalue our players, and are thankfully most often wrong, so all good.

Looks like there is no market for Ederson. We can just stick firm to some mystical figure that nobody will pay and he sits here for 12mths, great business.
Alternatively, you help facilitate the transfer for a club legend for a move he seemingly really wants and still recover basically 90% of what Trafford cost us and bank a PSR profit.
What was I wrong about?

It’s not the same at all, Madrid already signed him, they paid to get him weeks earlier to improve their CWC chances. The leverage is exactly the same. The timing. Both players can be signed for free at the end of their contracts. But if the clubs want them earlier, whether by 4 weeks or a year, there is price, that the selling club names.
We have zero need to sell Ederson. Zero. We don't need to sign Donnarumma. Or anyone else. And eventhough he does clearly want to leave, after 9 years here, he is not going to kick up a fuss over a fee. If he did he would have by now.
So it really is that simple, they pay if they want him.
Otherwise, the club could have sold him for pennies months ago.
On the second part, way too long to list all the sales you have been wrong about. This year alone you did it with McAtee, can't be bothered going back but would bet Savinho too. It is something you do all the time, argue the club should bend over at the first lowball rumoured offer, and that there is no market. Which, you know, who cares, there are far more wild opinions here. But when you persistently then grumpily dismiss anyone else that dares discuss the market, it gets noticed. Players go for a lot more, that's the market, and our own club ultimately gets more than that initial claimed offer.

There is no need to do anything but he seemingly doesn’t want to be here so why force it and there is a market opportunity to secure another world class keeper.
Not even sure why your arguing about it, city have been negotiating for months on it so clearly haven’t accepted the first bid either and I never said they should. I’m saying this idea that we should just fuck them off because we’re only getting 11m is ridiculous.
What did I say about McAtee that was so wrong?
If my posts get “noticed” so much, you know what to do.

Surely you know. A 5 times title winner plus multiple cups having a years deal left, & being the best in the world at assists and playing with his feet versus a right back with a month left. How can the value be the same?Cool, whats the relevance?
I have funnily enough been following things quite closely myself over the last years/ decades - cheers though for reminding! He may not want to be at City, but he has been epic for us. He redefined the necessity of goalkeepers being solid on their feet. And his distribution is very good. But sometimes he does lose himself out there in terms of his positioning. Does he want to be here? probably not. Has he endured alot of unnecessary crap? Yeah and that's probably contributed to him wanting to leave. But he's been immense for us. If we get Donnarumma we get a worldie shot stopper but not so good with his feet.
But Ederson doesn't want to sign a new contract and has reportedly even agreed personal terms with another club. In January, that would give him the right to agree a pre-contract agreement. In my opinion, once a player is half-way out of the door, then their head will be too, and City should make every effort to resolve the situation in the transfer window. That appeared very difficult up until the moment that PSG dropped Donnarumma. He may not want to be at City, but he has been epic for us. He's been here 8 years and I can't recall 1 world class save. He was excellent in the CL final but the amount of times an opposition team scores with their first shot on target is a joke.
I called him Eddy Jazz Hands years ago as he waves his hands Al Jolson style but never in the direction of the ball coming at him
I see some daft **** liked his post.Absolute nonsense.
Alexander-Arnold also widely recognised as one of the best in his role and multiple winner, so let’s not rewrite history.Surely you know.
