I mean, some would argue he signed a contract 12 months ago, and should really be fighting his way into the team, it's not as if he's been short of game time last season, is it?I don’t get the comments in here being critical of Savinho. You’d think he’s pulled an Isak the way some people are talking.
So what if he’s had his head turned by what Spurs have offered. A huge pay rise and guaranteed regular football is an attractive proposition.
So long as he acts professional and works hard when he plays he should have all our support.
The attitude of leaving a top club and going to a side that finished last season just outside the relegation zone, is the kind of attitude we laugh at when United bring in their latest big name signing!
I'm not fussed whether he stays or not tbh, but I'm not keen on the way he posted himself training at home a few hours before the Wolves game, 24 hours after Pep said he was injured.
I personally think he's realised that there is even more competition in the squad this season, and he'll get less game time; if I'm right, then that's not the attitude we want in the squad.
