I thought Kovacic might go. I wonder if he would have gone had he not been injured. It’s ironic that sometimes players are “saved” from a transfer by being injured just at the right time. That said more probably miss out on a move for the same reason.All eyes should be on these two.
The weekend confirmed for me that what I was told had truth in it.
And these latest reports posted here from twitter ‘X’ confirm it was correct information.

Echeverri is as a weird one. I’d love to keep him and there is a very good player there, but I think a loan might help him play more in a World Cup year.

Surely that number of outgoings would see us bring one or two in, with Donnarumma likely to be one of them

That was a surprise as I have mentioned many times. And it wasn’t part of a plan.what about Savio departure? are this still on ?
This is a case of the player being tempted by the move.

And we know the club don’t stand in the way of a player wanting to depart.

We'd obviously need at least a 2nd choice goalie if both of them left. If Akanji, Gundogan, Savinho and (possibly) Kova all go then I'd keep Echeverri. I think the numbers work regardless of AT or CT goalie then.We will have no players left at this rate!

Saudi window open for longer so plenty of time for Kova to sort a move at end of window if he’s deemed surplus. I missed that. At 31 and a little injury prone I thought he would be a candidate to move on.As I said when the players returned to training. The club want Kova to stay.
