Palmer didn’t look good enough at City
Speak for yourself. Some of us were trying to tell you but you wouldn't listen.
Palmer didn’t look good enough at City
You are the one re-writing history. His talent was obvious. It was though difficult to see how he could play given the competition for places at the time. There were also rumours that he had an attitude problem. He for example had a very public bust-up on the pitch with Sergio Gomez in an U21 final.Palmer didn’t look good enough at City and we were all happy with £50m, can’t rewrite history.
He had a good game against Swindon and then in the super cup just before being sold, amongst many other opportunities where he didn’t really prove himself.
Thanks. What are the chances of Akanji or Gundo in particular going though? Nil or close to nil in my opinion. Maybe the threat of non registration will prompt some movement but I can’t see anyone moving unless they are an attractive proposition to another team. We shall see.
I think he has low iron- wanted to move South to try and warm up. Guess it's worked as he doesnt seem to be shivering as much of late. There were also rumours that he had an attitude problem.
You are clearly an optimist :-)I said on day one my expectations were that Akanji Gundo Grealish and a keeper would leave. I also thought Bernardo was a possibility. I still stand by that, although don't think bernie's going anywhere now. Gundo not looking likely either maybe, but I'm still sticking to it.
Still lots of time in the market.
Of course. Mr. Fucking Brightside, me!You are clearly an optimist :-)
Has Sav come out and said he wants to stay, if he hasn’t with all this speculation then he should go
Whether you could see it or not the fact is Palmer IS the far better player...True he was much better than the 2nd best winger of la Liga aged 19, while he had like 5 games at the same time . Some comments here are so funny
But it’s gone public he should say he wants to stayDisagree. Not everything needs to be publicly advertised.
His talent was no more obvious than Savinho’s is now and I’d sell him tooYou are the one re-writing history. His talent was obvious. A simple statement would go a long way however.Disagree. Not everything needs to be publicly advertised.
Like Lewis didA simple statement would go a long way however.
I’d agree but it does seem oddly specific. Never heard of anyone reporting anything similar about any other player who’s leftI doubt very much that City would discuss internal politics - particularly at Serrano level - with anyone outside the Board room. All this media bollocks is just media bollocks.
Oh man i hope not. Filled with rage, jealousy and despair!Of course. Mr. Fucking Brightside, me!
