Fixtures Calendar - 2025/26

Man City always seem to come out worse than the rags season after season. And now the ladies team are getting the same treatment.
I am referring to first and last games of the season and Christmas fixtures. Seems that we are always away for these key dates valued by the fans.
I believe that where City are punished it is no coincidence.

I always like it when the last game of the season is at home and without checking back, I’m pretty sure it happens on alternate seasons as a general rule.

A lot of people on here seem to think that City routinely request the first game to be away. So if that’s true you can’t really blame the league when they grant it.

With stadium work continuing and much of the pitch needing to be reseeded, it’s certainly a fair assumption for this year!

The pitch seems to be almost ready. Check CP Overview on YouTube. It seems it doesn't require re-seeding.

Not at all reliable. They got September’s very late and missed most dates last season. For what little it is worth, my guesses for October games are:

Brentford A - stays Sat 3pm
Everton H - Sat 12.30
Villa A - Sunday 2pm

That entire programme of 10 PL games is currently scheduled for that date and time. It will end up being played over multiple dates/times once all the Xmas/New Year TV games are confirmed - same applies to the games currently scheduled for 27th December and 3rd January. All three dates are currently just placeholders.
