When Marmoush notches tomorrow
I think this is gonna be a special season for us!!Spurs at home the most cursed of fixtures since Pep took over. No matter how well or badly we’re playing Spurs over perform. Whether it was the Champions league mugging, the most one sided 2-2 draw of all time, their late mugging a few seasons ago or lasts seasons catastrophe plus various refereeing cockups and VAR breaks, they have managed to consistently get results against us.
Added to that, Frank has usually setup his teams very well against us so it should make for a very very tricky fixture.
On paper we should have more than enough considering their injuries and inability to land their targets but considering it’s Spurs who knows. We’re the better side, I expect us to finish well above them and we looked very good in spells last week but in a one off match against them who knows what happens.
Ha ha. I live on the east coast in the states. My only gripe is the only time I get to have a beer watching my favorite team in the world is when there's a late UK start time and i know i can manage avoiding any spoliers to watch on delay. Generally im just watching in real time between 10am and 2pm. Tomorrow I'm up at 7am with a 730am start time.you lot moaning about kick-off times in various places.
i live in north africa.
you'd think there's be a significant time difference.
there is none.
it's the same here as england.
fuck knows why.
trouble is,
here nobody gets up early.
everything happens after sunset.
because it has cooled down.
all the fruit and veg markets appear.
people stroll and check each other out.
the bars, cafes and restaurants liven up.
music everywhere.
i'm off out to my local now.
a jazz club that opens at midnight.
and closes whenever inshallah.
i don't normally go to bed before 5am.
a 12:30 kick-off means i have 2 choices...
sleep for a bit and wake up feeling like a weary shit
or.
stay the fuck up!

No complaints.
Not sure what you mean?, are you saying people should go out get pissed all night then straight to the game? I think what people are saying is that half 12 on a Saturday is shit, I will get the train from gatley at half 9, so will be up about 8, when you work all week you want a bit of a lie in on a Saturday, and it is a bit of a shit time to have a kick off, as your morning is gone your afternoon is gone, it's all for moneyyou lot moaning about kick-off times in various places.

Agree & it’s fundamental to securing our future. Loads more children now wearing the kit here than in the past. I love it and giggle every time I see it, given similar to you I was born and raised in Salford, formative years spent putting up with the Merseyside then rags success.Wells aid Eccles,
Little bit easier for me in Atlanta as even the early games are only a 7.30am start, but some Blues also jump to conclusions about fair weather, glory seeking fans in the international fan base as well.
I grew up in Salford, had a season ticket for 20+ years (mostly through when we were shit) and visited some of the ‘purist specials’ like Chesterfield, Rotherham and Wycombe - and I was also at the Aguerooo game and Inter CL Final - so have probably been to plenty more games than quite a few of the keyboard warriors on sites like BM.
What they fail to realise is that International fans grow brand awareness globally, which interests higher quality sponsors, which generates higher revenues etc etc - all part of ADUG’s vision when buying the club, and therefore fundamental to our recent success.
All Blues welcome for me, the more the merrier (and since Aguerooo there are PLENTY more over here) and the moaners can do one or go and follow Hyde is they want to keep it real..
What a fantastic problem to have.Kova, Bettinelli, Savinho, Gvardiol wont be in squad. Foden, Rodri are ready to as per Pep.
so here comes the question who is left out of match squad of 20?
23 players, 3 have to miss out from below:
Ederson, Trafford, Ortega (3)
AitNouri, Ake, Akanji, Stones, Dias, Khusanov, Lewis, Nunes (8)
Nico, Rodri, Bernardo, Cherki, Reijnders, Foden, Doku,Bobb, OReilly, Gundo (10)
Marmoush, Haaland (2)
surely one of Ederson or Ortega is certain.
but other two?
if its Gundo-Akanji its a big message from Pep. they were not subbed on last week, out of squad this week?
could be two of the academy lads, albeit Lewis, Bobb started vs Wolves and did well, strange if they dont even make the squad a week later.
Khusanov maybe?
Thanks Eccles , it became a thing when I moved out of Manchester in 2013 that I wouldn’t miss a match. The closest was an early round FA Cup tie (roughly 2014/15 ish) that wasn’t televised but I managed to watch it on some blokes Facebook live. You know we don't give enough credit sometimes to the poor folk like @JULES , @SWP's back and @Mad Eyed Screamer for their loyalty to City when you think of the times they get up in the morning to watch us on TV in their home countries.
Having got up at 4.00 am and so when I've been staying with my son in Vancouver during the season I see the dedication.
Thank you overseas fans and don't let the tourist chatter get to you it isn't you it's those people who just think they will visit City because it's a tourist attraction rather than what you would do and visit because you love our football and our team.
:-)
you 14 hour piss fairy! it takes us between 32 to 37 hours door to doorAgree & it’s fundamental to securing our future. Loads more children now wearing the kit here than in the past. Don’t care if someone started supporting us yesterday or years ago, or where they live. We’re all Blues.
Can’t get to many games any more as a 14 hour flight doesn’t help so up for 5.30 tmrw, sausages, coffee, can’t wait.
During my family tree research I have found that one of my great-grandparents was from the Isle of Man.... does this mean I now have to say BarmBap? ;-)
