B2 still using handheld scanners, no new turnstile to try out for me.

My Motorola worked fine....never worked on the old turnstiles.

Strolled straight in but my mate’s didn’t work. Fair size queue at the blue cabin. Loads of people talking to stewards near the turnstiles

Same. Got here early as expecting it to be a nightmare but worked no mither. Couple were having problems and queue outside fan support portacabin was a good size when I walked by.

To add also handy they left row letters in with row numbers.

Shambles as always. Ticket didn't work, told to go to one of the customer support staff. I did and was told they are giving barcodes......but they don't work either! Then I was told I would have to go to the customer support office at the other end of the ground! I told them.no chance and tried again. Eventually putting it on the barcode section actually worked. Similar problem trying to get the discount at the bar. How difficult is it City???

Denied me access at C (which I’ve used since the stadium opened and is clearly on my ticket) and told me to go to E. Fortunately was early so a second queue was only a minor irritation.
Hopefully just first day teething problems.

Straight in, miles better than last season. Good job I bothered to read the multiple emails the club sent and actually downloaded my ticket a couple of weeks ago.
