No one begrudging giving Spurs credit for showing up and doing us over?
We aren't as bad as some make out on here always looking for a scapegoat(s).
This was the indicator of a generational team. This young City team has 45 mins to show if they can level against their high achieving predecessors.
Not sure he is anything in a possesion sideMarmoush is not a left sided attacker.
The over exuberance after Wolves looks proper cringeworthy now.Think we need to reevaluate our expectations for the rest of this season.
Commentary team getting excited about him "letting the game flow" haven't seemed to realise that it's only our "soft fouls" that he's ignoring. The guy's been a one-eyed twat for 90 mins IMORef has got Masters in his ear, not seen such a biased performance in years.
Why isn’t pep changing it then ?The system is still perfect, the problem is the recruitment. This system requires players at the highest level, Let's be honest Marmoush, Doku, Sav, Jack etc these players were never at the level to play this system. It used to be a near perfect team with the odd 1 or 2 players slightly below that level (Delph, Zinchenko), now we have a team filled with players below that level and the odd 1 or 2 exceptional player.
From one game?Think we need to reevaluate our expectations for the rest of this season.
With respect "mate" you are talking absolute and utter bollox.Saw em all mate, difference is they were playing in poor sides, Trafford is not. He is awful.
You missed the worst one out of that list.I take it you didnt see Perry Suckling, Andy Dibble, Barry Siddall, Eric Nixon, Paul Cooper, Martyn Margetson, Eike Immel etc etc etc?
Will be his last season here if we find buyersDoku is absolutely shite hahaha
I like Nico, think he is going to be a fine player for us, but there is a notable difference when Rodders steps onto the pitch.
