Got to queue at P2 about 12 o clock and got in just before kick off. Piss poor.

Prioritizing facial recognition over more turnstiles that would make things easier and more convenient for us fans... well at least we know where we stand

Them have to wait there again, got on 10 mins after the start. Last year we were switched to C from E

The turnstile itself worked fine when you actually get the right one

I heard about a guy who arrived, turnstiles wouldn’t scan his ticket, stewards supposedly can’t override the turnstiles so he had to go home. Absolute joke, who would have guessed.

knowing the club they will probably count that as a missed attendance due to it not scanning

I had the same problem, and the steward in the white vest said I need to go to a portakabin (ticket office) to get a paper ticket issued.
I said I wasn't prepared to join over a hundred people queuing up, so I would just go home.
To be fair to this particular young steward he relented and let me go past him and into the ground.
Someone with a bit of common sense and decency.
As others like me (FOC)have already said,I am pretty certain this will be my last season as a season card holder, it's just too much unnecessary hassle for what should be a relatively simple transaction.

Went in with @Bluemanc100 in the south stand entrance M1 today about 40 minutes before kickoff. Zero issues. Queued for about 2 minutes and no issues with the scanner

The TNT footage showed a lot of empty seats five minutes before kick-off, and long queues outside the entrances. Sort it out, it just gives rival clubs fuel for taking the piss, not to mention loyal fans being pissed off by getting to their seats late

I was putting mine in the correct place and one steward said no this side.... that side didn't work so I went to the side I wanted in the first place and lo and behold it worked.
The guy behind said ohhh you've got two colours one orange and one green!! (FOC you see)

My mate couldn’t get in and the gate steward failed to get him in as well. Went to the fan help desk and they sorted him out. He has a non NFC phone and they said they would sort out his ticket for the next match. Good luck with that.

On my part I just went through security and my phone worked at the first attempt sailed straight in to the stadium.

They are fucking robots, programmed to eek out as much data and matchday revenue as possible.

Fucking worker bees and worker ants, void of any emotion and understanding.

My mate told to go to a different gate after a long queue, completely different. My ticket I'm pretty sure didnt scan looking at the guys face but waved me through.
Obvious problems today, why was this not trialled weeks ago. Now need to verify if i actually attended now, play holy hell if its not recorded.
