Pep’s coaching staff has gone from top class to zero. Cannot understand the appointment of Toure
Pep kicked out Joe Hart for less
Well who the fuck was to blame for the second.Blame Ederson, blame Ortega, blame Trafford, blame Rico, blame Haaland, blame Foden, blame Dias, funny how it’s always the players to blame.
I feel sorry for Trafford being put in that position. He's a new goalie learning his stuff at city no way should that happen. Trafford should be taking goal kick while city push up the field. If you ain't got the players for the system you want to play then you can't play that system. I hope Diaz gets well and truly bollocked for doing that. Its a fucking goal kick, just get the ball launched up the pitch.
That is why Mancini picked him in his last game.Joe was kicked out for leading a coup against Mancini and then undermining pep within 3 minutes of his first game by hoofing it up field.

Like I said, “I think”. Even Wolves in 99 is a long time agoWe were at Liverpool away the first game in 89, we got beat first game v Wolves in 99 Robbie Keane front post and that was home.

Remember us getting dicked at villa probably around 2005ishApart from 2-5 (when know-body was there) v Leicester in 2020, our last opening home game defeat was in 1989 v Soton ! I think

Why did Khusanov not play?I’ve calmed down a bit now. Was just one of those days. I think once we fecked up with the second goals, heads just dropped and we weren’t coming back. Spurs played very well in their pressing and defending. I think we were a bit too predictable and that we need a bit of a change in how we adapt to trickier situation. Earlier many were calling for Donnarumma (including myself) - he probably wouldn’t have changed anything to do with the mistake. Remember that he’s 22. Also reference Khusanov making a mistake early in his career and going on to be our POTM. Have a bit of faith, it’s one bad game. Lessons will be learned by both players and management. However, I think Rodrygo would’ve been a great player to have in that situation. We’ve seen how he can turn a game on it’s head no matter how down and out his team looked. I can definitely see business happening soon.
Overall, a shit day at the office.
Yeah just noticed that ffsOn about at home
Assuming you’re on about today - Stones is our best defender at the club when he is fit. He’s the ultimate Pep center half. Dias has just signed a 4+1 deal, and Pep won’t drop him as it contrasts having a new deal for him. If it was me picking today, I’d have had Khusanov over Dias as Dias needs a bit of a reality check that he needs to get his act together or else there are plenty of others who will take his spot. Why did Khusanov not play?
Because he's nowhere near good enough, but maybe after today's shite he can get thrown in and drown again, running about like a headless chicken looking like a red card waiting to happen really isn't the answer. Why did Khusanov not play?
Stones is done, too slow and doesn't trust his body to do enough, Dias has to cover him now.Assuming you’re on about today - Stones is our best defender at the club when he is fit. It’s obvious they work it that Dias passes it to Trafford. Last week Trafford almost got caught out dallying on the ball. All he had to do is kick it up field, Haaland was a one on one there, if you look carefully. Ederson would have made that kick. I know Trafford is young and will learn but he’s far from our number one yet.Yep, would have been better if Ruben had of just taken responsibity and booted it upfield, although when he passed to Trafford there was no Spurs player near him .... but I've noticed already that Trafford has a nasty habit of dallying on the ball a bit too long, or taking one touch too many.
He's just got to use his head a bit more or he's not gonna get many first team chances.
