My digital season ticket wouldn't work when I place my mobile phone screen on the scanner or on the nosy bastard cameras. Then I turned my mobile around with a case on it, and it worked. Work that one out.

Because the NFC circuitry is in the back of the phone and NFC has to be very close for it to work properly. The NFC signal doesn't work at the screen as it has to fight through electronics and a battery....and do you really want NFC beaming into your cheek when making a call ?

All our season cards worked fine and we were in without any issues

But there again, we all uploaded our season cards via accessing our on line account, ticket tab, season ticket, tick the relevant box and upload.

In Entrance Y, we’re still on handheld devices to scan us in, so we’ll have to wait a while yet to witness the brave new world of the new turnstiles.

The group in front of me turned up well into the first half though and said they’d been outside for nearly an hour, which isn’t good.

Glad that those useless drink discount readers seem to have gone and they just manually apply it at the till now. I even got a pint for £4.88 just before kick off, which I think must have been mistakenly put through with a 20% discount instead of 10%.

A simple solutuon would be to restore the barcode so that if the NFS tech. goes down you have another way to go in. At least do that until everything settle down.

Yes 99% of the people who couldn't get in did the same but the turnstiles randomly wouldn't let them in, it's disingenuous of you to insinuate the reason all those fans waiting outside minutes before kick off were there because they wasn't as clever as you and not because the club didn't test their new tech to the standards they should have

Yes. And had to queue twice because the entrance I was told to enter (C) told me at the turnstiles that I had to enter through (E).

I worked in IT all my life and I would wager I know a lot more about technology so stop being an arrogant prick. For some it purely didn’t work on the turnstile the ticket said it should
