I tend to agree with this though not with such certainty. As long as Pep is here there is a chance of another dynasty.
We were more dominant? Was he playing when we won it all or not? You can't remove 3PL and a treble because it suits.
We've never won a champions league without him. We've never won a European treble without him. If by dominant you mean better more attractive football then that's another conversation. He signed at the start of the year we won the treble?

So he scores 56 goals, we win everything, then we change, and it's him who's gone downhill? He arrived with an impactful first season but then they figured him out and its been downhill for him and us since because he has no other way of playing.

“they figured him out”
Whether it applies to Haaland, Pep, or anyone else successful, it’s a meaningless statement aimed at exceptional people who would walk into any club in the World.

Let's agree to disagree. We changed from a well rounded team to a team built around him, and people learnt how to play him nullifying his threat. It's a bad tactic yeah. Only solution is to drop him. We've signed him and dias down to long term contracts and both of them should have been let go. Dias is our worst defender (bar lewis who isnt a defender) with body laguage that makes him look like he knows what hes doing. Haaland does nowhere near enough in a game. Body language is appalling. As I said before, we have the players. We are picking the wrong ones.
Utter crap.I dont think its meaningless at all. It means he had a strategy that worked, then 'exceptional people' figured it out, there was no plan b and a flat track bully lost his clothes. Not that hard to understand but maybe it is for you. If Haaland walks into any club in the world let him. If he does we will be compensated and we will improve.
I am playing the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order. We changed from a well rounded team to a team built around him, and people learnt how to play him nullifying his threat. It’s just his opinion. Can see exactly where he’s coming from. The signs we there in the club world cup defeat and even more so yesterday that we’ve not truly addressed our problems. It’s quite simple really that if you stop signing great players you eventually stop being a great team.disappointed with Tolmie's assessment - far too early to write us off
Profoundly disagree, galacticos are made not bought - the players you mention all became world class playing for Pep.It’s just his opinion. Can see exactly where he’s coming from. Who was the last truly great player we signed? The likes of Marmoush, Gonzales etc aren’t be players but they’re nowhere near world class We’ve lost the likes of Gundo(as great players), Bernado, KDB and Walker in the last few years. It catches up if you go from prime Walker to Rico Lewis
Arsenal and Liverpool both have outstanding squads. I reckon they'll be both out of sight way before Christmas. The good news is if Pep can sort this mess out we could well challenge Chelsea, Newcastle and Spurs for CL places. We aren't an outstanding team anymore, but I don't think there are any in the league right now.
If we can get to 85 points I think we'll have a good chance.
You clearly don’t understand what the term flat track bully means.I dont think its meaningless at all.
