What I find odd is the clock is running down, while we might well be happy to keep EDERSON for the season, PSG don’t want Donnarumma and he needs to find a club surely his people would have other irons in the fire by now in case this deal falls apart.If they have though it’s very quiet .

Think this whole saga has been really badly handled by the club. We're going into another week with no clarity over who is going to be our first choice keeper. If Ederson does reintegrate with the first team, who knows where his head will be at. Donnarumma would need time to settle and work with the defence. Then there's Trafford and all this speculation can't exactly be doing him much good. (Not mentioned Ortrga as he seemingly won't feature).

Yeah, I think Ederson should start against Brighton, assuming nothing changes in the meantime.

Agree about the disjointed approach. With the club world Cup and our transfers leading upto that I was really optimistic we would have a stable squad coming in to the new season, and it hadn't happened like that. Think it's only fair to asky why not.
