7/10 as it standsWhat’s everybody’s rating of the window.
I still find it bizarre that after 2 years we still don’t have an actual RB. Other than that I can’t complain. 7.5/10

I also have this sneaky feeling someone is going to come in for Nunes. I'm not ITK, just have a gut feeling.

RATING THE WINDOW AS IT IS NOW. If the window was shut, no more players in or out. Warning I’m pessimistic. What’s everybody’s rating of the window.

Friday is usually the day for business. Expect at least one departure tomorrow

if the aim was to win the title and UCL as it used to be from 2018-2023, probably a 5/10, we’ve definitely gone backwards since the treble winning season, especially if Lewis and Trafford as starters. Imo we’re further from challenging for the league than we have been for years. Can’t remember the last time we were 4th favourites for the league title in August, probably 2010? Reijnders though, was an excellent signing. He has potential to be the best midfielder on the world couple years.
You want more ? Tbh nobody from the old guard wants to leaveStarted off 9/10 with Reijnders/ Cherki and Ait-Nouri. Trafford is good too. But the outgoings have been meh.
Spot on. Underdogs brings much less pressure :-)5 is crazyyyyy
Ait Nouri Cherki Reinjders are solid stars in the making.
But I understand you’re basing it on our peak years. Unfortunately times are changing and I had to face the music that we can’t fix all our issues in one summer.
Favourites doesn’t mean anything to me, being an underdog feels better. Especially with alot of new faces.
Cherki and Trafford are gambles (more so than some transfers). It's questionable whether a club of our stature should be routinely buying players of the likes of Khusanov, Reis, Bah, Echeverri, Cherki, Trafford who represent significant acts of faith or hope. There is nothing wrong with research, but the balance of transfer spending by well resourced clubs should imo be towards proven talent particularly when a team is in transition. I will change my opinion on this window if we bring in Donnarumma but that looks unlikely now.Spot on. Underdogs brings much less pressure :-)
As for our summer business for me it's currently a 7/10
8/10 if Donnarumma signs
10/10 if we sneak a RB through the door.
Cherki
Reijnders
Trafford
Ait-Nouri
All young and very exciting players. I for one am excited about the future.
Fuck the out goings, who cares? They don't leave they can train on a pitch alone together :-)Started off 9/10 with Reijnders/ Cherki and Ait-Nouri. Trafford is good too. But the outgoings have been meh.
Surprised by Liverpool signing Kerkez, Ekitike, Frimpong and Wirtz? It's not exactly out of this world is it? You say Cherki is a gamble what about paying 120m for Wirtz, is that not a bigger gamble?Cherki and Trafford are gambles (more so than some transfers). In part, I think we have been surprised by what Arsenal and Liverpool have done.
