Yeah, but they're playing Bournemouth now.

They wish they could play us every week. I've never seen Spurs get up for another team (I'm also including Arsenal) the way they get psyched up for us.

The reason it isnt working is that we paid 100 million for a player with defined characteristics then tried to force him into another alien setup. It was at best marginally sucessful, but predictably perhaps, ended badly.

Marginally successful? Didn’t we win a treble with him playing a big part. Not sure how much more successful you can be
