Everyone playing well, we seem to be totally in control and cruising. I don't know what people expect, obviously some team chemistry missing when we have so many new players, or at least new in the starting 11.

I think he knew but missed the timing/moment where there was a pass and then tried to rework an opening and lost the ball. The pass was there but he took a second too long to release

If you were watching this as a neutral, your probably say these are two poor sides. Not a good half of football.

The biggest positive is the Brighton have created nothing so far.

From our standpoint, we look a shadow of our former selves. I know it’s early days but currently, it doesn’t look like we’ve bought well…again.

RAN has been woeful. His right foot is only for standing on, yet every time he gets the ball, he cuts inside on to it. The one time he went outside, he put in a great cross for Erling. If he is going to provide the width on the left, he has to stay wide and go on the outside.

Marmoush is a human pinball machine. The ball can just go anywhere when it goes to him. Unsure if he meant the assist, it looked like he did but everything else about his game suggests he has no idea where the ball is going.

Rodri has been really good.

Need to get Bobb on the ball more, he shows far more composure on the ball than the majority out there.

Spot on for me.....would just add, Trafford is an accident waiting to happen, makes Hart look like Messi with his feet.

Why is Khusanov pushing up? Do we really need a CB who isn't great on the ball that far in their half?

Good half by us. Brighton is organised and have few top players. Haaland proper energy, but we need him to finish one of 3 proper chances he got before his goal.

Brighton been a threat few times, we today we were better at the back than lately and Khusanov very good.

Rodri pretty much excellent, this is a game changer when hes gonna be back for good.

Marmoush fighting and been decent, gonna be such a threat and player when he improves his decision making, hes holding too much on the ball, sometimes it breaks our sequences.

Doku gonna be a proper sub at some point.

Defence have done their job so far. Brighton haven't created much. Only chance they had created is the Mitoma one which was a clear foul on Ait Nouri.
