It's Quiet the £250m return

I'll probably (definitely) get shit for this but...I'd have loved us to offer Mahrez a cheeky return. He shits all over our current wingers and would be a brilliant pillar for them to learn from. Especially Savinho and Bobb as left-footed right wingers.
Aye because bringing gundo back was such a success, why don't we go the whole hog and get yaya and David Silva to dig their boots out? I'm sure Fitzroy Simpson could do a job as well

Think Iv resigned my self that no right back is coming in!

Makes it even stranger that Akanji did a job there in the treble season yet he’s been bombed out.

I’d love to hear what the plan was at the start of the summer because I’m not sure it’s gone to plan at all.
I’m not sure we had one.

"Rebuilding phase", "time", "building for the future" is just words that sounds better than "our squad is a complete mess and as a result I'm going to start pretend that finishing 4th is a good season".
Our squad isn't a complete mess though is it. We have good players, a much better squad than other teams. Sure we need another RB and maybe a CM but we aren't completely lost. One more summer window and time for the squad to gel we can start challenging again.

What time does the official hanging of that Damanino,Domino geezer take place?

So with Akanji and Gundo out, I presume if we don't register Ortega, we don't need to as we have 3 gks, then we have a space for a foreign RB

You can blame FFP/PSR for that.

Kicks the can down the road, when it comes to the recording of any transfer fee in the books. Paying a fee next September instead of this September means the outgoings are recorded in a different financial year.
That’s a loan with an ‘option’ to buy. A loan with an obligation is just buying the player.
The ‘option’ bit can be exercised by either club (so, if Jackson is shit, Chelsea can insist Munich buy him, if he’s brilliant Munich can insist they buy him, all for the agreed fee.
It’s what the rags did with Ugarte, because it gets round PSR etc, a loan with an obligation is treated exactly like a transfer. At least that’s what Swiss Ramble said and he’s much, much more knowledgeable about this stuff than I am.
