I believe we probably did try and bring someone in but they thought they weren’t the right player or price. Maybe we’ll never know.

Think you need to take your tin foil hat off mate. Liverpool spending their own money in a transfer window is hardly some greater conspiracy for them to be a chosen club. Needs a little self awareness when as a club we have spent very well to be where we are. As everyone club should be able to by the way.

When it got to 20 minutes yesterday the cameras left the pitch and panned around the crowd and into the KOP for the Jota chant. It will never end. This season is solely about winning the PL title for him.

Because we got Cherki, Reijnders and RAN for as much as we were prepared to spend on Wirtz alone.

And everyone going on about right backs which right back moved this summer that you wanted here?

It has to Khusanov at right back.

Khusanov, Stones, Gvardiol, Ait-Nouri.

We could have played Akanji at right back and played Khusanov and Gvardiol at centre back...Yet we take £2m loan fee off Inter Milan, Should have just kept Akanji for the season if that's the case ffs.
 
If we have another bad season is Rodri going to sign a new deal? He's not stupid you saw in his interview yesterday, he's 29 this next contract is probably his last big one. He wants to keep winning he look angry yesterday with his comments
 
Think “115” hanging over us probably hampered us more than we thought it would. Whilst I am confident of a good outcome maybe the top tier of player who had a number of options like Wirtz felt joining us was a risk they needn’t take at this point in time. Maybe this summer can be about the squad and next summer be about getting the clear out finished and then adding a sprinkling of top quality ready to go players.

Wouldn't be much more excited about having Bradley/Frimpong, Timber/White or TAA there personally. If it's not Kounde or Hakimi I don't think any club can be that confident.

There's so few quality right backs around.

Which I guess is why we look prepared to wait for Livramento.

I think he will sign new contract with Barcodes who learnt their lesson not upping Isak contract when they had the chance.
