They did the same for Sterling.It was mind boggling, they seemed to forget this stain on English football led to a 5 yr ban.

He's a good player but £130m for a striker who in his best ever seasons scores the same as Haaland does in his worst and injury hit season...


Then again, I don't know if it's even worth talking fees anymore. Teams will pay whenever it costs to get the player they want. We did it with Jack. The biggest prices today aren't really an indication of getting the very best players...

Hmmm that is interesting reporting. Wirtz was £100m with £16m in add ons and I thought Caicedo was similar (100m + 15m in add ons) but I've seen conflicting reports on how it was structured.

We did have 4 academy players in the team at one stage on the weekend. And Foden wasn't one of them.
