Great, Liverpool bought Isak on top of having a squad way better than ours while we couldn't even get a right back.
There's no way we didn't have 80mil for Livramento.
And not selling Savinho to buy Rodrygo or Barcola was just straight up insane.

I’d like to think none of our current players would behave like Isak has. A disgraceful episode. 100% horrible specimen he is. Newcastle plucked him from obscurity just 3 yrs ago and made him the player he is today.

These fuckers on Skys ‘back pages’, Gommersall, Liew, Delaney and Cross trying to justify his behaviour to some extent. And to think the whole country mercilessly booed Jack Grealish, beggars belief.
 
He was the perfect Arsenal player, the heir to Henry.

So I’m glad he never went there as they’ll fade away and we can get back to dealing with just the one shower of c**ts

Some **** on there has just basically said “fuck it, Isak has got away with this, so loads of players will now do the same next summer”.

Their best players by a mile are still 34 and 33, I think there may be a future in us yet.

Absolutely zero indication that Livaremento, Rodrygo or Barcola had any interest in being sold and coming to City btw

Maybe because we didn't even try? Also, you can say that for literally everyone then.
Rodrygo and especially Barcola would be nuts to prefer bench warming over being Man City starters.
Livramento is going to leave Newcastle whether we like it or not because he's too good for a club that doesn't have a high ceiling. It's up to our board to make sure he leaves for us.
 
He's always looked pretty good to be honest. They've bought rather wisely and are clearly planning for salah's departure before it happens.

Livramento Isn’t proven consistently and at £80m the club probably believes it isn’t worth the risk.
I don’t either.
Maybe we’ll get a better idea after this season and if he performs then we might go back in for him.
As for Rodrygo what makes you think he wanted to come?
He’s been linked with everyone and would want the king’s ransom in wages.
Yep we needed a RB and we didn’t get one.
Crying about it ain’t gonna change jack shit.
