Seat relocation for CL

I sit in the group of about 20 of us in North Stand tier 2 who have all sat in the same area for 20 odd years.

Of our group, generally about 8 or 9 are in all the Cup schemes - this season that number is 2 (me and my daughter). And this may very well be my last season too the way our fans are being treated.
 
My experience so far... on hold for 2 hours, then sounds like picked up, only for it then to be dropped. Not trying again. Hearing others are having a similar experience. They offer a window to move yet do not have the capacity to deal with the calls or are deliberately not dealing with them.
 
Just moved ours from 004 to 007 (start the jokes ) as eufa (utter lies city) have stolen our seats to mug off some idiots with £300 tickets

Only took 1 hour and 25 mins on the phone
It’s just gets better and better doesn’t it !

Snap fucked all cup schemes off two seasons back. Being moved from a seat to safe standing is a fucking joke for a FOC
They haven’t a Fukin clue
And please don’t tell me you should have contacted them and got another “seat”
Really the stress levels of extra interfacing with “The Club” could push lesser people than me to a Fukin breakdown

I've dropped from all 3 schemes now. Came out of the CL scheme last season as I struggled with both motivation and the constant rushing around midweek. I came out of both the domestic cup schemes as I'm now going to struggle with midweek games generally and it also means that if I do want to go to a game I can choose where to sit.

Edit: I should explain that I relocated my seat from what was 109 to 235 this summer and I promised the numerous friends I've made in my old block over the years that I'd come back to see them when I could.

I prefer watching night matches at home now! Get home from work, bit of scran, pour a nice drink, watch the game and then turn it off.

The wife thinks I’m a mentalist sitting there for 2 hours with the tele muted lol
