Because the United States now seeks to dominate North and South America. Within this vast region, there are no significant rivals. What they prioritize are territory, resources, military power, and the manufacturing capacity that underpins that military strength. The underlying implication of the term "Department of War" is to project deterrence against all nations in this area.I can guess the answer but how is Magaworld with the man who promised to keep America out of wars renaming the Department of Defense the Department of War?
I would suggest that globalisation is alive and kicking but is now being carried out by China, look at the South China Sea 9 dash for example. If China is not after global dominance why do they have such vast armed forces? Is China under any threat?Because the United States now seeks to dominate North and South America. Globalization is dead, now try to control larger territories.
It is evident that China is currently strengthening cooperation within the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and among BRICS countries. For all nations under this framework (with the possible exception of India), the concept of "globalization" remains valid. However, beyond this circle, frankly speaking, the potential for cooperation between China and Europe has a rather low ceiling, as there are fundamental differences in their perspectives on many issues.I would suggest that globalisation is alive and kicking but is now being carried out by China, look at the South China Sea 9 dash for example. I have many answers comments but don't want to de-rail this thread. Trump has emboldened China and made BRICS a realistic option for former allies. The world order as we knew it over the last 80 years is changing rapidly and not, in my opinion, for the best.It is evident that China is currently strengthening cooperation within the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and among BRICS countries. Additionally, China’s rapid military buildup is undoubtedly aimed at preparing for a potential direct military conflict with the United States, rather than seeking global dominance. The fundamental reason for China’s significant influence among third-world countries lies in its refusal to intervene in other nations’ internal affairs through military means. This is something we clearly understand. In other words, if we were to use our powerful military to threaten the countries that have come to China this week to express their support for China, they would undoubtedly cease to continue their support.
In my opinion, the current state of the overall situation is more due to the actions of the Biden administration.Trump has emboldened China and made BRICS a realistic option for former allies.
Perhaps that's Putins plan and the puppet is making it happen.Quite remarkable how weak the US is looking right now. The deadline Trump imposed has come and gone (again), Putin is hanging out with his best buds and spitting out lies to the extent you would think Ukraine had invaded Russia, no one gives any credence to what the US says anymore and the Trump Administration spend the day playing space cadets and planning to invade Chicago.
It’s beyond nuts. Christ knows if the US ever get any credibility back.
so true - used to have a boss who wore a rug when I first started work - jet black but greying in a straight line around his head where wig and hair met he took one Xmas off and came back grey haired. Also he was a god botherer and had in his office pictures of him meeting Billy Graham when he was much younger with a bald head - no idea who he thought he was fooling
Doing an awful job of being 'syruptitious'....What is Michael Fabricant doing in the White House?
I trust China's leadership far more than i trust the USA's at the moment. In my opinion, the current state of the overall situation is more due to the actions of the Biden administration.
Moreover, "embolden" is not quite the appropriate word. We have never lacked the courage to stand up to the United States. It is just that the industrial and military capabilities accumulated through decades of persistent development are now beginning to yield visible results. Thus, from an external perspective, it may appear as though China has suddenly found courage. But in reality, our courage stems from what this day commemorates and from all the battles that followed—those fearless individuals who dedicated everything to the nation in every field. Without them, none of the achievements (threats) you see today would exist.
Hmm... Trust is a bit of a strong word. perhaps "Believe" is better.I trust China's leadership far more than i trust the USA's at the moment.
I just mean I trust them more than Trump to not start a world war. The bar here is not high though.Hmm... Trust is a bit of a strong word. perhaps "Believe" is better.
Trump is a 100% lying TACO.
Xi is showing exactly where they stand, and that's really not altered/changed for his entire leadership.
Note: This is "Believe", not "Believe IN"
Completely agree with this. Plus they are far more rational.I trust China's leadership far more than i trust the USA's at the moment.
I don't trust them.Completely agree with this. Plus they are far more rational.
Do you trust Trump more?I don't trust them.
The reality is that China is the most hatred country in human history. The reality is that China is now actually a National Socialist dictatorship.
For now, with the way usa is going I see that changing the same with S Korea, these countries cannot rely on the USA as indeed Europe is finding out. Thing is Trump had broken the USA trust forever, no other country can trust them even once Trump and his idiots leave because it’s been shown they are the most powerful bullies in the world. NATO should now be planning for a world without them and maybe Europe has to be its own super power.Expect they’ll be some concern in Japan seeing the 3 Dics cosying up in Beijing. Despite Okinawa’s massive US presence, there maybe some regret their constitution forbids their own nuclear deterrent.
