If you go on the livefootballtickets website, they are offering tickets in the City section for Bodo Glimt away in January at £390 each. They claim to have 10, out of what is likely to be an allocation of 400. Tickets in the City section could only come from City presumably.

it's a daft/gimmicky way of saying if your purchase with them doesn't work, for whatever reason, they refund you plus give you 50% of the cost as credit.

They are an aggregator site, they dont supply tickets themselves as such, just link through 'trusted partner' ticket sellers to individuals, and charge massive fees to act as a trustful go between.

question is, who are the 'trusted' partners and what is stopping me buying a ticket early and then reselling, causing a huge ramp in price? (perhaps i dont get that ticket until the day).

Why don’t City sell these tickets themselves? Why use Viagogo? I think we all know the answer, and it fucking stinks.
 
It's OK, the Ticket Compliance Manager will sort all the home and away ticket issues out. ;-)

They have lot of work to do to sell these judging by how many are for sale. 2500 in SS3 alone.

And still nobody knows if you can flirt your ticket back to the club if you can’t attend or give to a mate, I expect attendances down this year for those reasons and the general apathy to the competition is getting worse with many regulars not going in the scheme. I see a future where you are forced into them as part of your season ticket, just another way to get rid of us.

Yep I think it was, that’s why I think it will come to us, we seem to be going down the same route as them, I’m sure I’ll be sat in a pub in a few years slagging City off to a load of rags having been pushed out.

I think there's been a glitch in the tickets this morning. It's not letting me assign each ticket to each season ticket holder

Take up for CL group games amongst season ticket holders not on the cup scheme is usually low so that doesn't surprise me. We'll be able to better gauge demand following the next sales window when it opens up to all existing Matchday and Junior members who have attended at leas one CL game since the start of last season, and even more so when it opens up tomorrow morning to all existing Matchday and Junior members who have attended at least one home game in any season
