Just back from my walk with the dog. Passed The Duck pub in Crook. This is owned by Kate Rowland, Reform UK councillor for Shildon.
One of her regulars told me a while back that she had said she had only been to Shildon a couple of times and had no intention of visiting any time soon.
We also had a lady pass away last year who was behind most of the drugs in Crook. Kate told anyone who would listen not to worry as she would take over the empire.
Anyway, she was stood outside the pub just now. So I looked on the council website and she's only supposed to be in a meeting. It also confirmed that she had failed to attend a single meeting in August and so far in September

I’ve honestly struggled to hate Farage. Certainly never liked him, but I don’t accept he’s unquestionably a fascist, although he’s unquestionably a racist. Wouldn’t ever want to go for a pint with him. But I’ve never hated him.

But what he did this week was an absolute ****’s trick. Fucking lowlife. Slagging your own country off like that, just at the point that the US/UK relationship has been subject to such profound and troubling change.

At the precise time a patriot would rally to his country’s defence, the **** slags us off, and then deploys lies to bolster that wholly unwarranted line of attack.

Who does that to their own country?

I struggle to understand what is going on with Reform, with Farage and Tice too, who was on LBC earlier.

Banging on in America about getting the US to sanction us! and all because he doesn't like the new online safety act that has come in recently that has clearly been done to stop teenagers accessing pron (which they will just do anyway using a VPN - but that is another story).

Then they both go on and on about migrants/illegal migrants and not knowing how many people are in the country and yet they are opposed to i.d. cards which is really the only way the country could find out just how many people are in the country!
