Carabao Cup R3 Draw | Huddersfield Town (A)

They won’t sell out what they have. I thought that whole stand was more like 4500 and that we’d get that
Just a quick google, it says the away stand holds just over 4,000 so unsure where the other 500 tickets are?

It wouldn’t make sense to have 500 Huddersfield fans squeezed into a corner?

Segregation and the first few rows not for sale is my guess.

Great prices at £18.00 though.

The City tickets will sell quickly despite the trains farce. Our fans love the League Cup. We have had some huge away followings. We took 8000 to Arsenal for that Sergio goal.

There's a screen being constructed at the back of the away end. It's been covered with scaffolding and seats closed for a few weeks. That may be why
Was just about to post and thankfully I read your post. The slightly reduced allocation is indeed due to the scoreboard works, but there's a lot of annoyance on our fans' side as the south stand "cowshed end" has been frequented by our main noise makers since the 16/17 season and there's a few miffed that we've given away the whole section. Personally, I think it makes sense for this fixture as I still doubt we'll fill the other home sections anyway and a larger, packed away end always makes for a better cup atmosphere.

We're not the same car crash on the pitch that we have been for the past couple of seasons, so hopefully we can make a game of it, although even if I was to jot down what I'd call City's second team, it's still a terrifying prospect if they're all on their game!

do you reckon home tickets will go to general sale

Impossible not to I'd say with the amount of season ticket holders we've got. It's incredibly rare that we sell the stadium out anymore, though I'm not sure if they'll ask for prior purchase history or not. I doubt many Town fans would be overly arsed though tbh. I've had the seats in front of me taken by obvious Geordies when we've played Newcastle before and they got no grief, even though they won what was a pretty important game at the time. Plus, I imagine there'll definitely be young lads with a HD postcode hiding sky blue shirts under their coats (my son for one...) such is the reach of the big clubs these days!

Looks like they are being held back for some reason
The block is divided in 2, if you click the middle you get nowt, you need to click to top or bottom of it you will see about 40 left each side.

I reckon it will go down through most Cup Scheme members at 1,200 left.

Ours arrived today, surprised they were e- tickets. Driving to this one as I can't be arsed with the train fiasco.
