Do you have a favourite ever goal?

The one where the City player runs from his own penalty spot committing numerous fouls a couple of them obviously red cards, passes to his teammate who is about 10 yards offside and he scuffs his shot against the post it rebounds of keepers arse into the goal on 115min in extra time to win the leagues at the Swamp, that's the one that I love... possibly may be a dream though.

Anelka away at Blackburn 03/04 season. Brilliant player Anelka. Would of loved to have seen him play alongside some of the post takeover players.

It's so difficult because there's been so many, but for me, it might very well be this one:

It's just absolute perfection. The movement, skill, vision, crispness of passing, weight of passing, sheer genius. It's just awesome. That last touch from Silva - absolute gooseflesh.

(And 93:30 doesn't count ;-) Too obvious)

Do I have a favourite goal ever? Nope. I could probably provide a list of about 30, but emotions change all the time.

I have just been rethinking the last sentence I have said and to say it wasn't Aguero's goal is just bollocks. The euphoria...

So many wonderful goals. I don’t think anyone’s mentioned the goal at Sunderland early 2000's. I was an unreal team goal involving Berko, Bernabia, (I think) Anelka and finished off by the Goat. Superb stuff!

Anelka at Liverpool 2003. Hadn’t won there in years. Was my birthday and stopped that mob getting the champions league if I remember correctly.

Wow which ones to choose..?

In no particular order...

Berkovic v Norwich H 2002 - sublime run and finish
Hendry v Rags H 1990 - "flying high!"
Walsh v Spuds H 1994 - just had to include Walshie!
Mackenzie v Spuds FAC Rpy 1981 - better goal than Villa's!
Stewart v Bradford A 1987 - solo run, totally unexpected 4-2 win, broke the away hoodoo!
Hinchcliffe v Rags H 1989 - "that's just marvelous stuff!"
Vinny v Leicester H 2019 - don't shoot!!! (boom!)
Bellamy V Rags A 2009 - long range angled shot, pick that one out you rag tw*ts!
Morley v Bradford A 1989 - going up!

That'll do for now!

went to the swamp back in 2001 to watch City reserves batter Rags reserves 4-1 in Manchester Senior Cup Final and Terry Dunfield scored a absolute worldie chipping Rags keeper with ball not touching floor from City keeper kicking it out

Had a great view of it sat in the Main Stand
Very tasty hat trick from Tueart that day too
I was also sat in the Main Stand with my Dad in H block. I was only 10 but remember it as if it was yesterday. He seemed to hit it from about 50 yards out. If I rightly recall we played Newcastle the weekend before in the cup and got done 2-0 . We was supposed to be playing at St. James but they were banned from playing at home in the cup so it was played at Main Road. Typical City was alive and well in those days.

We celebrated in the scoreboard as if we'd won with that goal.
But a draw there after smashing them at Maine Rd still felt like we were top dogs in the city
indeed.

Pandemonium when it went in. Helped I expect by the fact most had queued overnight at Maine Rd for a ticket.

Also spawned a great username.. ;-)
