He never said all black pilots are under qualified. It was a point about we shouldn't hire people on the basis of skin colour for jobs like pilots just to fill a quota if they're not correctly qualified. It's happened before. If they're perfectly qualified and experienced, then of course skin colour should never matter. But diversity hires for the sake of diversity hires don't belong in certain industries.
As for Martin Luther King, well his cause was good. There's claims of him being a woman beater. Also him and a pastor abused some women in a hotel room... I wouldn't put that in the category of a good person but he obviously had a good cause. That's the thing with people, they are multi-layered. Take Charlie Kirk, people would think he's a bad person but he did some good things like setting up a young black leaders summit to inspire people. you would say that's an active good right? but from a bad person in your view.
That's the thing when people have a side they choose. You can really pick holes in anybody to suit what you want to say and leave the rest
