It would make absolutely no sense not to include him. The option is register him so that he is available to play or dont register him and remove the option. There is literally no reason for the latter. I dont expect him to feature though, perhaps in the carabao cup and he may make the bench if numbers are short but there is no resurrecting his career. Regain fitness here before a January loan, Probably to Leeds.
