Jack Grealish - Everton on loan

The move has refreshed him after what seems a hard d18 months around the club (reason why. unkown), maybe he would have been refreshed here too, but to think he would have started dor in the role Moyes is playing him is daft.

Love Jack and wanted nothing but the best for him and hoped it would be here, sadly not so, just be happy he is enjoying the game again
That’s any true blue wants. Fucked his boyhood club off for us, tried his best, contributed well and won a shed load of cups. For whatever reason it’s time to part ways.

People slag him off £100 million blah blah blah
Jack Grealish won seven major honours with Manchester City, including three Premier League titles (2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24), the UEFA Champions League (2022/23), the FA Cup (2022/23), the UEFA Super Cup (2023), and the FIFA Club World Cup (2023). He was a key part of the treble-winning team in the 2022/23 season and the squad that won a record four consecutive league titles in 2023/24
Not a bad cv to have

That happened 2 games out of how many? Why are you coming up stuff that happened 2-3 times? Other players get the benefit of being injured or having some made up problems but Doku gets critics for anything he does? Again it has nothing to do with Kick and rush. He is just isolated and the NBA isolation thing was just a good comparison - that he has to do everything on his own
I'm not going back and forth with you every 5 days. If you like Doku and feel bad for him and think he's great, that's totally fine. I was posting in the Jack Grealish thread, giving him a little praise and mad that we have Doku instead. Nothing personal and I support whoever is out there, just frustrating watching our attack is all

Everton looking and are confident of getting him cheaper than 50 million.

Good for them, but unless there was anything specifically stipulated in the loan agreement, it would suggest that the fee for a permanent transfer will need to be negotiated between clubs.

Rumour and reality......................take your pick.

He could win premier league player of the year at Everton, go to the world cup and win us the world cup, win the Balon d'or and Everton still wouldn't be willing to pony up £50m for him with 12 months left on his contract. Its a baffling clause. They'll offer substantially less and we'll have no leverage and be forced to accept whatever they offer.

Unless he plays so well there's an auction !

Lol he is contracted to City until 2027. We can sell him elsewhere. Why would he want to stick around that club for longer than a season anyways

I’m not sure the last part is true. We don’t have to sell him to Everton if they don’t meet the sum in the release clause.

If all the above happens, there will be plenty of other clubs willing to pay 50m if Everton don’t.

I thought the option was £50 mill ,if he has that good a year and they won’t pay, others might.
