I have this uneasy feeling we’re in rapid decline which is going to take a season or two to reverse…..preparing myself for a difficult season

We have lost the main spine of the team that brought us so much success. Eddie, Walker, Kev and Gundo. No team loses four world class players like that all at the same time and doesn't suffer. We have no idea how good their replacements are going to be and I'm sorry to say a few look like panic buys, but time will tell. I personally don't see us being in the race for honours this season.

I don’t think people quite understand how much trouble we will be in if we don’t win the derby.

It will deflate the players even more, while also adding more pressure to beat Napoli and Arsenal.

If we do lose to United, we would also probably lose to Arsenal. It would put us in a complete mess.

Absolutely it does ..... an effective back four is one that backs each other up, works 'as one', and wins the vast majority of its duels, if not all of them.
