Nah; not me. I'm banned from posting on there. Fucking mods have no sense of humour. Not like on here.

Lol, you're not kiddin' there mate ..... I got banned from there a couple of seasons back for deliberately causing havoc, and winding them up ... I had half the rag forum arguing amongst themselves, and turning on each other ... it was wonderful!

I'm afraid they just don't do 'senses of humour' at Old Trafford !

I don't disagree that age had sadly caught up with all of them and we had to replace them. I'm not sure their replacements will hit the heights they did.

Donnarumma looks a presence and he made some great saves in the champions league. Dias has regressed and we have no idea if Rodri will get back to his pre injury form. Reijnders after a superb debut has been fairly anonymous. Foden? I have no idea. His form.lasr season was terrible and he consistently seems to be injured these days. Haaland will always score goals, just as well as they have dried up from elsewhere.

The rags are poor but seems to cause us problems. The last three games they've beaten us in the cup final and at our place and drew with us at theirs. I'm not sure that's because of any tactical masterclass from their manager, it's more just hitting us on the break like every single team we play does and is usually effective.
I agree that the spine of the current side is not as strong as the spine of the Treble team but it is stronger than the side that played against Man Utd in the Cup Final and much stronger than the Utd counterpart which will likely include Bayindir and Casemiro.

We had 1 season where we regressed to 3rd due to age and injury. We are in transition but we are not a useless football team. Even in a poor season we finished 3rd, and this squad is significantly stronger. We just need to find our feet.

I want to see how our team handles it if the rags score, if they crumble mentally like they have done so far this season when we've conceded, we are in trouble. If they fight back show passion and grit then their mentality is back to what it was

A key test of successful teams. We have had this in spades previously. The signs against Spurs and Brighton were not good.

Today I think is the day the penny drops for people where they realise it’s not a blip, it’s not a bad patch.
We are just a very ordinary side.
We are at the stage where people say, yeah we won’t win it, just need to get top 4 etc.. Top 4 is not our current level. We are mid table at best standard and it’s a worry.

At the minute there’s not much anger due to what we’ve achieved in previous years but I just think a derby loss, again, and another bad defensive display will make people’s attitudes change. Not saying it will go toxic but fans can be pissed off. There’s nothing wrong with having high expectations and if the team and club aren’t achieving certain levels we should put more pressure on. It’s been a year now of averageness.

It’s a big big game today for us.

Time will tell. All our injuries don't help, we are now missing three of our recent signings of which at least two would probably have started today. We were the better team against Spurs for the first thirty minutes and at Brighton for an hour, so the signs are there. We just cannot seem to cut out getting hit on the turnovers and it's costing us every game. Even Wolves, who were abysmal, were unlucky not to score at least twice.
We are rebuilding let's hope we sort it out sooner rather than later.

Bit edgy about this one today. Not “get in The Bridge at 8 for a 5:30 kick off” nervous but more than the last few derbies.
If we concede we need to hold our cool and not go to pieces like the other week. Or loads of times last season.
Can’t see this being a classic, but think we’ll edge it, 2-1.

The term 'finished article' means that the player is not going to develop much further. Some players, e.g., Doku, O'Reilly, Savinho might develop further, and are not the finished article, but a player like Donnarumma is as good now as he is going to be. All he has to do now is settle in.
He's a 26 year old goalkeeper he has tonnes he could improve on and hopefully will. He is an overrated highlight reel player but he has everything in his locker to be world class but he honestly has a way to go. He needs to work on his distribution, controlling his area, playing under pressure, consistency and getting down to low shots. He has no excuse not to be bossing his area and claiming set pieces but he doesn't and now he is in the Premier league he will be tested if I was an opponents manager I would target that area and tell my strikers to hit it low and centre, for the record I'm a fan but he still can improve and really needs too.

Agree . I do think we are a good team but we are not using the players right and the players look half arsed but if we get beat then I feel the genie will be out and if will be very hard to put back . Time for pep to earn his money .
