4 | Tijjani Reijnders - 2025/26

Not good yesterday but just part of the learning curve i'm sure. Should be nailed on in midfield alongside Rodri in my view - they're going to be absolutely awesome together.

McTominay is destroying the Italian league, and he is shit.
The step up from Serie A to the EPL is massive. Rjeinders is definitely struggling with the speed of the EPL

On another day Reijnders scores 2 goals (don't forget the chance in the 1st half) and people praise him.

Wouldn't be surprised if he scored vs Napoli or even better at Arsenal. On the counter he's quicker than any midfielder we have had under Pep, including Kevin.

I suspect it's not just the speed, but also the having the stamina to do it game after game.... the PL is not very forgiving if the athleticism and stamina aren't there. I saw people criticising Walker saying his game was all about his pace and he wasn't great footballer, but to a degree it's the same for them all, if they've been run ragged and can't keep up with the game, the silky skills and deft touches will be of no use.

Pretty bad start once again - but I think he's working into form. As the game progressed he became better and better.

Reijnders may well be the best signing in the 2025 summer window.

Why can't I remember a chance in the first half?

Reijnders was shit starting out - but warmed to the game.

IMO, Reijnders is world class. He's adjusting and will prove out.

Gets caught too often. Looks silky going forward. Its fine to say wait and see.
True.

I have faith that it's simply a matter of adjustment for him. I still think that he's going to be the best signing over all sides in this past summer window.

I think it'll be Donnarumma in the end (signings by us) - but you could be right, lets hope we're both right!

I've seen the mistakes. Yet, i love him. Cant explain it. He does things that tell me he'll be great once it clicks.

I am totally fine with his misplaced passes. He is seeing things early kinda like Kev, and i really like that.

The errors will subside. And then it will be Wolves every game.
