Hi WG, after an hour and 20 mins wait they said I had to select my brother who is aged 70 not as an over 65 but as an 18 to 21 because apparently the prices are the same. If City think it’s logical that for the new owner who is 70 there is a drop down that says choose either
Under 18
18 to 21
Adult
Over 65

you chose 18 to 21, NOT over 65 it’s fucking not logical

But I think you were right pal

West Gordon’s right
The websites shite

Bloody Thursday night. Literally steered my kids towards after-school clubs on Monday, Thursday and Friday, specifically for the footy, and then they do this.

I'm actually surprised by the number of blues I've chatted to this week who aren't going. Usually a few can't make it for weekdays or dodgily moved games for TV, but seems more than normal for this one. Hope it doesn't impact the atmosphere too much.

Completely at odds with Kev returning so quickly after leaving. Happy for him to have a ten minutes cameo, have a free kick brilliantly saved by Donnarumma, after we're already 3-0 up.

Don't know the first thing about Napoli I'm afraid, beyond Kev and the Trafford reject. But we should have enough at home, this is a test of intent and attitude as much as ability.

Napoli are a well organsed counterattacking side not going to be an easy task for us to get the win. Both the Spurs and Brighton defeats are still fresh in my mind despite the morale boosting Derby win.

give minutes to bobb and savio.
I'm not sure that it's even worth persevering with Sav - I just don't think that he has it in him.

Think we should adopt a more ruthless approach, generally.

I'd go full rotation with Arsenal in mind. Last season showed how little is needed to get through and how impossible it is to predict likely opponents anyway. That arsenal game is far more important at this stage and with them getting a 2 day rest advantage, resting some of our players should be the response.

Donnarumma
Nunes
Dias
Ake
O'Reilly
Nico
Lewis
Reijnders
Savinho
Bobb
Haaland

I'm sure this has already been said, but it seems grossly unfair that Arsenal played this evening (and not even at 8pm, it was on the radio as I drove home) whilst we play two days later.

Why are City not playing tomorrow - even that would be slightly unfair, but Thursday!?

Is there some underlying reason for this, because we played United in the last match of the most recent set of PL fixtures?

Or are we going to see more of this - that if the authorities can't get us in the courts, they will screw us with the fixture programme.....

All comes down to balancing fixtures for TV/policing and UEFA deciding to have an exclusive CL week where games get played on Thursday.

It is what it is.

I think we could have had the week off and Arsenal played Friday and we would still struggle come Sunday's game with them. I think we are miles off competing with them at this moment in time.

Napoli will be a good test and hopefully help us refine our team for the weekend. They will be different games though. Napoli will look to counter us whereas I fully expect Arsenal to dominate possession when we play them.

Its uefa that decided the fixtures so any suggestions of authorities intentionally looking to screw us simply doesnt stand up. All the fixtures are determined by the "super computer" which factors in all the permutations before presenting a set of fixtures that adhere to all the restrictions. Its just unfortunate for us, we have the options of using the squad and prioritising arsenal if we want, (which i think we should but I'm almost certain pep wont do)

What's unfair?
arsenal have an extra day off between Saturday and next Sunday, playing the away game in Bilbao in between.
We have a day less in between the weekend fixtureswith a home game against Napoli in between.
Unfortunately its the result of success on the pitch and a build up of fixtures

Are we wearing the third kit at home again?
Fucks sake.
What kits that then.
And while I'm at it.
Why are we playing on a fucking Thursday.
Theres literally football ever day of the week now.
Ok for arm chair fans .
Especially in china America etc.
Shit for match going fans.
Mind you shows who is most important.
It's not just city it's every club.
Uefa.

Greedy cunts.
