I agree with this but also see the bigger picture of entertaining the President of the United States.

With the UK economics in shit, nobody can turn their nose up at £150 billion of investment.

Don’t count on that investment. There’s half a chance that these announcements are window dressing ordered by Trump which will not come to fruition.
