26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Poor again. Benefit of the doubt would be coming back from injury. But that doesn’t excuse laziness IMO.

Gave the ball away and hared back to close space as if Guardiola were chasing him. In truth, none of the substitutes impressed, but that’s because none of them are playing consistently. Guardiola needs to remedy that after Arsenal.

If Tottenham really was ready to pay close to 80 mil, should have sold him. Seems to only have left foot when on ball and doesn't offer any danger going forward atm. I really do hope im wrong and he improves a lot.

Didn't play well but I didn't think he was lazy.

He jogs back and occupies space rather than actually defending. Reminds me of Sane in that respect.

He’s not usually lazy, though, so I presume it’s match fitness rather than something sinister.

Didnt do anything wrong. Came back from injury and game was over don’t know what some here expect. I guess y‘all never played football or expect 90 min of power play for whatever reasons.

Was he great when he came on? No.

Should we have cashed in on him? Possibly.

Was he any worse than our captain on the other wing? Hell no.

Sav tried to attack the full back, even if very little came off. Personally, I am more concerned about the right side, where we have one of the least productive wide forwards in world football. No serious team has a Bernardo playing there, a guy who doesn’t score or assist and kills 99% of attacks dead. We made him captain.
