Too soon?

I think outgoing we can only be looking at Ortega and Phillips.

That will leave us with a squad of 24 players which will be the smallest squad after Villa in the PL by the way.

Given that can we hope for at least a couple of additions?

That is basically our squad now, neither will contribute.other than possibly a right back doubt we'll be doing anything in January.

Right back will be priority, probably

But mostly depends on how we are doing in EPL and UCL, injury situation and maybe there might be a deal “too good to pass off” available i.e Guehi

With Khusanov making himself the standout choice at RB I can see Nunes going some time soon. Maybe not as early as Jan but i wouldn't rule it out. Wasn't he linked with a move to Saudi in the summer?

Edit: just seen the above two posts. Maybe I should read the whole thread before jumping in with a reply

I reckon no purchases, a couple of sales. Ortega, Phillips. With Khusanov now our RB and Lewis with a new contract, I could see Nunes maybe exiting also.
Nobody is buying Phillips, mate. We're stuck with him until the apocalypse (or 2028 contract expiry, whichever comes first)

Didn't say buy lol, maybe a loan to a championship club where we pay 100% of the wages was more what i was thinking.

We could use another striker as only Haaland and Marmoosh in the squad and as like last night, if one is injured we have no options on the bench

Trafford situation could be interesting, it must have been a blow for him when we signed Donnarumma unless he knew about it when he signed. We'll still need a backup keeper so we're going to have to hang on to either Trafford or Ortega. A lot can happen in 3 months in football though.

Kova potentially Phillips Nunes and Ortaga would help massively if they were to leave and make life so much easier for the summer window
