Ok, it's very weird. Liverpool will probably win their first four games, and be six points clear of Arsenal tonight. But they're leaking goals in virtually every game. I don't remember seeing that before, even in less successful seasons.
I think they can be got at. Then teams have to figure out how to lock them out. Not easy, admittedly.

Again proving my post last week. They are awarded everything that should be and search for anything that could be. Reffed differently, anyone who says otherwise is deluded.

Wirtz looks miles off it, cuts in but his touch is horrendous.

Reminds me a bit of David Silva when he first signed for us. Mancini would start him, he’d do very little, then he’d be dropped for a few games where he’d barely get any minutes.

It all changed after his goal+assist as a sub at Blackpool in the October. After that, I think he started every game unless he was injured for the rest of the season, playing well most weeks.

Can see it taking time for Wirtz to get used to the intensity and physicality of the PL, same with Reijnders for us now.
