Are you forever going to mention Rodri when mentioning newish players? Awaiting Marmoush at 27 to find a good first touch then. You’re right that we’re in transition and will be for a while but it’s down to poor recruitment. Players get old and we’ve not replaced great ones with players at their level. The result is last season and us having to be so pragmatic against serial bridesmaids Arsenal.

Tbh what I mean is that we should never be in a position that a club as big as us should never be in a position to have no striker on the pitch .
