Middle East Conflict | Netanyahu orders strikes on Gaza (p1161)

Israel killed 22 people - including nine children - in strikes on Gaza City today, Palestinian officials say.

Gaza civil defence spokesman Mahmoud Bassal described the killings as a "horrific massacre".


Video purportedly from the scene of the attack on the Souq Firas area of the city showed the bodies of children being pulled from the rubble.

A total of 51 people have been killed across Gaza today, according to hospital medics in the Hamas-run territory.

Nah I think the tide has turned/turning. Not long ago too, we werent even allowed to imply our western media has too much jewish/Israeli influence but its becoming something we can all see and say. The tide is turning imo. Lets hope it doesnt turn too much because Israelis dont deserve it, netanyahu and his greedy Right Wing enablers do!

Yeah and if Netanyahu and his cronies hadn’t funded Hamas to oppose the political party in favour of a two-state solution 20 years ago, there wouldn’t have been an October 7th (also if you remove the decades of oppression and murder on Israel’s part). Moron.

That would be an awesome move by Italy, all the countries round the Mediterranean Sea are deeply disturbed by the IDF invasion of Gaza, we are much further away from it than them and we are all affected by the killing of innocent Palestinians, fingers crossed the aid gets through.

Obviously approval has come from the top but this is down to pressure from below and on the back of the strike the other day. Shout out to the dockers of Genoa... they promised action.

I think its more you're now last man standing and still trying to defend the indefensible. It's over and there's no coming back from this for Israel.

Free speech is fine.
Arguing why Hamas is wrong is fine.
But surely you are not defending the Israeli government and the army regarding their actions in Palestine?

In one of your posts you indicated that everything happening now was a direct result of the attack on 7th October. A statement like that is open to attack.
Can you defend Netanyahu and do you honestly believe what has happened since 7th October has anything to do with rescuing the hostages ?
Earlier I posted a question, I'll ask you directly. Please explain the difference between the Nazis, as depicted in the film Schindlers List and the actions currently of the IDF.
In the film we see the camp commandant taking out his sniper rifle and shooting dead a jew. What the IDF are doing is exactly the same.

You are definitely entitled to your opinion but if you did some research and your posts evidenced a knowledge and understanding of at least some of the issues then you may not get called names. Did you access the link I sent you?

Fourteen drone attacks at sea causing damage to the vessels, Spain and Italy with more bottle than the UK and USA put together have decided to stand up to Israeli terror and defend the humanitarian aid flotilla, commendable action by Spain and Italy

Italy sends a second navy ship to escort the flotilla safely. Ready for any eventuality, last night was a peaceful one for the crew of the Somud two ships to watch over them.

The BBC did a short film on Palestine I don’t think it could be called a film maybe just a little short of an advert
