Crumpsall Synagogue Attack - two people confirmed dead, one inadvertently shot by police along with the suspect

I wouldn’t either, I was just using that as an example of how people don’t think anymore, it’s completely second nature to pull out a phone and start recording - whatever the incident maybe.
I wasn't suggesting you would, mate. Just saying there's a huge difference.

Filming it is bad enough, to then post it online is unthinkable. That video will be entrenched on the internet forever, which can cause further horror for the families to endure.

Fed up of people getting phones out and recording when events like this happen. If you're recording someone lying on the floor bleeding out for clicks, you need to be arrested.
100%. My first thought would be to try n help the poor sod bleeding on the deck, not get my fuckin phone out and film it. Its just wrong!

apparently bomb disposal have carried out a controlled explosion..which I was trying to allude to in an earlier post-likely to be the attacker himself..a grim but necessary task.

I’ve got a 5 year old, that’s heartbreaking. Makes my blood boil.
I have a wife and eldest daughter who work at a school while my youngest is a pupil there.really worrying times.
Especially hearing reports that schools are a target.

That area has the Muslim and Jewish community literally living next to eachother. You have synagogues and Mosques on the same street and there has never been any trouble within.
You have park road next to heaton park and kings road further up. All mixed.
You have the security guards at the synagogues, I've never really noticed any at the mosques.

Just so sad. This world is such a fucked up place.

When in doubt, be super careful.

You should never assume anything, except a vague aura of intelligence.

This is a tragic incident as it stands, and the people running things are right to make sure it gets no worse. Until this has been investigated, we cannot be sure of what is going on.

They don’t do it for clicks, they do it instinctively. The younger generation in the main. Like that **** getting booted off the plain the other day, pretty much 3/4 of the passengers are aiming their phones at him. It’s pure instinct for some.
People are conditioned into it. In fact I've been conditioned to reply on here, too.

Where my missus works, it’s pretty well thought out the security. Absolutely cannot get in unless you are a parent or worker and even then it’s a pass to get in or buzz the door. Then there is a second door that has security systems that separate reception and the main school. High metal fences. Never impossible, but it would be hard to get in.

Thinking that of a school local to me, the complete opposite. It really is very scary what people could do if they, as you say, are going to target schools.

The shutters went down at her school. She said the kids were crying because it went dark before they switched class lights on.

These are 5 year olds.

It's an injustice that ANY child 5 year old, less or more, suffers at the hand of extremists, political or ideological, for ANY reason here and abroad.

Some kids don't ever get to see the light again.

It wasn't just schools and hospitals that locked down, It was businesses in the area as well. Where my friend's son works is just across the road and they were locked in as well. No one allowed to leave or enter the building.
